SCOPE


JOURNAL SCOPE

Studia Geologica Polonica publishes series of monographs covering a wide spectrum of geological sciences. The journal includes original scientific monographs or sets of contributions on selected important geological topics. Since 1958, a total of 131 volumes has been issued, including geological results of the Polish Arctic and Antarctic scientific expeditions, monographs on regional geology, stratigraphy, tectonics, sedimentology, Quaternary of Central Europe, palaeontology etc. Its unique feature within other geological journals is publishing of extended papers, which are still essential for Earth sciences. Papers in English are welcome. Exceptionally, volumes in Polish with extended English summaries can be accepted. All contributions will be subjected to reviewing procedure.

Journal is covered in the Scopus database, and the BazTech ICM OpenAccess database.
Journal is on the Thomson Reuters Master Journal List.
